Consultation
Dr. Weiss begins your initial consultation by reviewing before-and-after photos of other Thighplasty patients, and will help you select the level of correction for you to achieve your desired look. All applicable costs will also be reviewed during this confidential appointment.
Procedure
The Thigh Lift procedure involves liposuction of the thighs and then excision of the excess skin along the groin crease in order to elevate all loose skin. If there is a substantial amount of skin excess and fat on the surrounding areas, you may require an incision along the inner thigh to decrease the total circumference of your thighs as well.
Recovery
Dr. Weiss and his staff will help you recover and ensure an excellent result and outcome. Complications that can occur include infection, bleeding, and wound breakdown. Nutritional supplements that are high in protein along with antibiotics help minimize these complications.
